Ritzy PVB Real Estate

Although synonymous with luxury, Ponte Vedra Beach does have affordable housing away from the ocean. Those elaborate waterfront mansions are something many would vie for.

Jacksonville is getting Ritzy day by day.

Technically speaking Ponte Vedra Beach belongs St. John's County and so not a part of Jacksonville really. This is the southernmost beach in the strip of beaches along the Jacksonville shoreline. And boy is it fancy chancy.

This beach is located inside the elite neighborhood of Ponte Vedra. Ponte vedra beach real estate ranges from world class beach front mansions to the relatively small ranch-style housing. The price varies depending on type of home and location.

The beaches here are exclusively available to members only. This place will relax you like no other beach in Jacksonville. It’s wealthy. It’s fancy. It’s calm. It’s well dressed. It’s serene. It’s about as luxurious as you will find in these parts. And sometimes we all need a little luxury. That isn’t to say you can’t enjoy these beaches, with their hammocks, privacy, ocean front or pool side bars.

The beaches at Ponte Vedra are amazing though around the beach entrance there is always a cluster of people who planted their umbrellas the moment they reached the sand, but if you walk 100 feet in either direction, you are likely to be completely alone for miles and miles. It is extraordinary. The beaches stretch as far as you can see, with maybe a little curve to hide the far end, seemingly ending over the horizon.

Ponte Vedra Beach or PVB as locals call it is definitely one of the best beaches in North Florida. Most of it is deeded private access to homeowners, condo owners & the different country clubs that line the shore of ponte vedra real estate. There is some public access a little bit further south at the Mickler’s Landing. They’ve even built a much bigger parking area to accommodate all those people who want to pay a visit to PVB.
